Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PixWo at pixwo.tech. By accessing the site or creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About PixWo

PixWo is an experimental style-discovery and private image-generation service for visual references, source links, user inputs, generated images, prepaid usage credits, and creative settings. It does not guarantee that any reference or instruction will produce a particular result. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without notice.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 to create an account. If you are under the legal age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

  • Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity through your account.
  • Do not share, sell, impersonate, or improperly access another person’s account.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not violate applicable law or another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • Do not facilitate fraud, harassment, violence, exploitation, or illegal activity.
  • Do not distribute malware, spam, deceptive material, or harmful code.
  • Do not seek unauthorized access, circumvent security or rate limits, overload the service, or automate access in a harmful manner.
  • Do not misrepresent AI-generated material as authentic evidence where that could cause harm.
  • Do not submit false, abusive, or malicious reports.

4. Gallery content, style recipes, inputs, and outputs

Images, internal style recipes, names, trademarks, and other third-party material remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Inclusion does not transfer ownership, guarantee that material is free of third-party rights, grant commercial permission, or endorse a creator, model, platform, or output.

  • Public visual references and source links are provided for discovery; their inclusion does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially use the reference image.
  • You are responsible for checking the rules of the AI provider you use and for resulting outputs.
  • Results vary by model, settings, text instructions, reference images, and moderation systems.
  • You must have all rights, permissions, and consents needed for your text instructions and uploaded images, including rights relating to privacy, likeness, and intellectual property.
  • Generated outputs may be inaccurate, similar to other material, or subject to third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them.

5. Reporting and takedown requests

Report incorrect credit, broken images, harmful or unlawful content, inaccurate style details, or rights concerns through “Report a problem” or by emailing pixwosupport@gmail.com. A report does not guarantee removal. We may request supporting information and assess requests in good faith.

6. PixWo intellectual property

The PixWo name, original interface, site design, organization, software, and original editorial writing are protected by applicable law. Except where law permits, you may not reproduce, resell, impersonate, or commercially exploit those elements without permission.

7. Prepaid usage credits and payments

PixWo credits are prepaid usage units for image generation. They are not deposits, electronic money, stored cash, investments, or bank balances. Checkout is processed by Stripe, and taxes or payment methods may vary by location.

  • Credits have no cash value, do not expire, and cannot be transferred, sold, withdrawn, or redeemed for money.
  • Prices, pack sizes, and generation costs shown before purchase or generation apply to that transaction. We may change future pricing.
  • A purchase is credited only after verified payment confirmation. A return page or browser message is not proof that credits were granted.
  • A pack may be eligible for a full support-assisted refund only while its purchase-specific credit lot remains untouched, subject to law and payment-provider rules. Partial self-service refunds are not offered.
  • If a refund, reversal, or dispute occurs after credits were used, we may revoke remaining credits, record an account debt, and pause generation until resolved. Credits may be restored if a dispute is resolved in PixWo’s favour.

8. Third-party services

Payments, authentication, hosting, image generation, moderation, and external source links may be handled by third-party services under their own terms and policies. PixWo is not responsible for the content, security, availability, policies, or transactions of external websites or services.

9. Moderation, availability, and disclaimers

PixWo is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee continuous availability, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, suitability, particular AI results, or permanent preservation of content, accounts, or saved styles. Nothing excludes consumer rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

  • Requests and outputs may be screened or blocked by PixWo, OpenAI, or other safeguards. A blocked or terminally failed generation does not consume the reserved credits.
  • Generation may be delayed or unavailable because of provider limits, safety systems, maintenance, or events outside our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixWo and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from the service. For liability that cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the greater of the amount paid directly to PixWo during the preceding 12 months or the minimum amount required by law.

11. Responsibility for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of PixWo, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using PixWo at any time and request account deletion. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or legal rights. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive where applicable.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes are subject to the courts of Hong Kong, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be identified by a new date or additional notice. Questions and legal notices may be sent to pixwosupport@gmail.com.
