1. Information we collect
PixWo collects only the information reasonably needed to operate and protect the service.
- Account data: your email address, authentication records, account identifier, and session information. Authentication is provided by Supabase; PixWo does not receive your plaintext password.
- Saved prompts: your account identifier, saved prompt identifiers, and related timestamps.
- Problem reports: issue type, message, current page URL, prompt identifier, language, submission time, request identifier, and your email address if you choose to provide it.
- Security data: a one-way fingerprint derived from limited request information, such as an IP address, for spam prevention and rate limiting.
- Technical and analytics data: hosting providers may process IP address, browser and device information, requested URLs, timestamps, and diagnostic data. Vercel Web Analytics provides anonymous, aggregated traffic statistics.
2. How we use information
- Create and secure accounts and synchronize saved prompts.
- Review reports, correction requests, credit disputes, and harmful-content concerns.
- Respond when you voluntarily provide contact information.
- Prevent spam, fraud, attacks, and misuse.
- Diagnose errors, understand aggregate usage, and improve PixWo.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect legal rights.
3. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, PixWo relies on performance of the account service, legitimate interests in operating and securing the archive, consent for optional information, compliance with law, and the establishment or defence of legal claims. Consent may be withdrawn where applicable without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. Service providers and disclosure
PixWo uses Supabase for authentication, saved prompts, reports, and database services; Vercel for hosting, delivery, security, logs, and aggregated analytics; and Buy Me a Coffee for voluntary support after you follow its external link. These providers process data under their own terms and policies.
- PixWo does not sell personal data.
- PixWo does not share personal data for cross-context behavioural or targeted advertising.
- Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, investigate abuse, protect users, or defend legal rights.
5. International processing
Our providers may process data outside Hong Kong or your country. Where required, PixWo relies on appropriate contractual, organizational, or legal safeguards. Privacy protections in another country may differ from those where you live.
6. Retention
- Account information is retained while your account is active and as reasonably necessary afterward for security, legal, or administrative purposes.
- Saved prompts remain until you remove them or your account is deleted.
- Reports remain while under review and afterward only as reasonably necessary for correction records, abuse prevention, disputes, and legal obligations.
- Security and rate-limit records remain only as long as reasonably necessary to prevent repeated abuse.
- Hosting and analytics information follows provider settings and operational requirements.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know whether we hold your data, access it, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, appeal a refusal, or complain to a regulator. Hong Kong users have access and correction rights under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Residents of certain U.S. states, the EEA, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions may have additional rights.

- PixWo does not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.
- To delete an account, contact us from the email address associated with that account.
8. Children
PixWo is not directed to children under 16. Children under 16 should not create accounts or provide personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has done so.
9. Security
PixWo uses reasonable safeguards including encrypted connections, access controls, database security rules, validation, and rate limiting. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Use a strong, unique password and protect your credentials.
10. External links and source credits
PixWo links to creators, platforms, AI services, and other websites. Their practices are governed by their own policies. Public source credits are intended to identify creative origins; contact us if a credit contains incorrect personal information or should be corrected.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when PixWo, the law, or our providers change. The date above identifies the latest version. Privacy enquiries and rights requests may be sent to pixwosupport@gmail.com.
